The .osaka Domain has now moved into its final launch phase known as “General Availability” or “GA”. GA signifies the steady state of operations for a top-level domain such as .osaka. During this phase domains will be available for companies, organizations, and individuals who are part of the Osaka Community. Domains will be available at the standard registration rate though ICANN Accredited Registrars and Resellers worldwide.
The Osaka Registry has some exciting plans in 2015 so stay tuned to our news feed for additional information. We plan to roll out IDNs, and offer several fantastic premium domain names in the near future. Most importantly, we’re looking forward to working with the community to create a dedicated online space for all of Osaka to benefit from.
